Global BA internship
This internship is designed for individuals targeting contracting roles and takes 6 months to complete. During this period, you will be required to work through 4 different and sometimes over lapping projects. This program is carefully designed to take an individual from zero to hero across 3-4 different domains.
At the outset, the focus will be to nurture you by guiding you through basic to intermediate Business Analysis activities which will include performance optimization around the areas of elicitation, collaboration, specification, BAPM and critical reasoning. This is then followed by incremental progression to managing smaller workflows, which is subsequently increased yet again to cater for a much wider yet controlled range of Business Analysis activities at your discretion. This provides us with an opportunity to test your maturity and guide you appropriately.
Overview of Activities
You will be started off with a series of basic activities such as carrying out gap analysis, appraising options, identifying operational impacts and identifying solutions. Over time, we will start developing your engagement and presentation skills in communicating your findings. We will incrementally introduce progressively complex situations and processes.
Each stage of your learning process will be stage gated and satisfactory performance must be elicited as a condition for progression. Our aim is to ensure that the candidate has had several cycles of relevant contrasting Business Analysis activities.

- Logistics Case study
The objective of this project is to equip you with an in-depth knowledge of executing the roles of a Business Analyst at a very competent level. You will master how to manage several issues and situations encountered during the lifecycle of a typical project, and how the coexistence of various processes, departments, stakeholders, dependencies and system limitations can positively or negatively impact the success of a project.
This project is quite intensive and requires a personal dedication of several hours each week. During your early days, you will be assigned a personal set of tasks which will be time bound. As your maturity level increases, you will be guided to set your own tasks and create tasks for junior Business Analysts whilst reporting to your personal mentor. Your mentor must approve of every task you set for yourself or junior Business Analysts based on your reason for it and its alignment with the overall consciousness of Business Analysis practice. There are absolutely no co-working beyond the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst and each person will be assessed and supported based on individual needs.
