BA Masters Program
This is program designed for prospective Business Analysts who have gained some knowledge and skills through other bootcamps or Business Analysis training providers, however, are yet to land their first BA role. Under circumstances, it could be argued that restarting an internship from scratch may not be of best value in terms of time and resources.
The tutor led master’s program is designed to build on pre-existing knowledge and will go beyond the perceived rudimentary knowledge previously acquired by the candidate. The key focus will be on real life scenarios and the various components that come into play in resolving real life issues.
Overview of Activities
Delivered through a combination of live and practical task-based mentoring, the candidates are guided through 6 solid scenarios, and supported with carefully crafted and documented artifacts. The nature of interactions is compulsorily interactive. After each stage is subdued, retrospective lessons are learned and fed into proper context with regards to interviewing practices.
- Defining the ‘’To Be’’ system
- Comms & Engagement strategy
- Functional Design Specification
- Cut over planning & Execution
The objective of this project is to equip you with a realistic sense of the diverse activities encountered during the lifecycle of a typical project, and how the coexistence of various processes, departments, stakeholders, dependencies and system limitations trigger situations which are then resolved by the project team.
This project is quite intensive and requires your personal dedication of several hours each week. Each intern will be assigned a personal set of tasks which will be time bound. There are no co-working beyond the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst and each person will be assessed and supported based on individual needs.
At the end of this project, you will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge in the practical application of Business Analysis in practice.
